Soccer Season 2013

Soccer is over for the year. he boys had such a fun season, and I had a fun time helping to coach. They both did a really good job and had fun being on the same team this year. Layton scored countless goals and Parker even got few in too. It is hard to have a big brother on your team, he never passes the ball :)

Wrestling...

Now to be honest wrestling is not my favorite. That being said, the boys decided to do it this year and really liked it. We got more into it as the season went on. They both did really really well, Layton especially was dedicated and got up every morning at 6 to lift weights before school.
Millard is serious about their wrestling and I'm not sure I'm cut out for it, we'll see... :)

A Play Dough Party!

For Parker's 5th birthday we had already done a fun day with our family, so we agreed on just a low key party for some friends. He was so excited for his play dough party and to have friends come over for it.

We had such a fun time, I loved it being pretty relaxed, Happy 5th Birthday sweet boy!!!

Parker turned 5!

Parker's birthday happened to fall on a day that there was a big planned power outage in Fillmore, school was canceled, and mostly no one could work without the power. So we were lucky to have Daddy around and got to bring Devin and Isaac along on a fun day up north for Parker.

We went to Lehi's awesome pool

and to "Jump on in", a big trampoline playplace

then to a restaurant (Mimi's) for dinner

He said he had the best day ever, it was so much fun just to spend the whole day having fun with these sweet boys. Happy Birthday Parker!!

Rolling eggs at the sand dunes

Easter (for us) includes going out to the sand dunes to roll our eggs down the hills. My Aunt Jolene and Uncle John live in my parents house while they are away, and my cousins Hanna and Robin were down visiting with all their kids. So we all went out to the sand dunes one evening. It was of course a little windy, but the kids really didn't care. Plus, its not really Easter until you've eaten a literal "sand"witch. :)

My other nieces and nephews were busy, but we got to bring Isaac with us. We love Isaac!
